Possibly the best and really great stay for one night. The rooms - light, immaculate with 2 single beds, the facilities, for example. Welcoming and affable staff of the hotel. Plenty of exceptional food at breakfast time.

The family room boasts crisp bedlinen and a small amusement arcade, perfect for kids. A decent breakfast selection offers a self-serve option, keeping mornings easy and enjoyable.
The mattress in the family room feels quite old, maybe some prefer a firmer bed but the squeaky kids' metal beds can be quite distracting. In the bathroom, an electric shower lacks consistency, going hot one moment and cold the next. Could be annoying if you like a reliable rinse. I noticed some ethnic minority groups receiving strange looks, which might be uncomfortable for some guests.

Just a smart choice for a city break in Sutton-on-Sea with excellent value. The burger I had from the main menu was one of the best I've ever tasted. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast. It's really good quality.

Perfect family getaway!
This place is a gem! It's super clean and the food is yummy. My son had a blast with the little amusement area and loved the parrots outside. Nice touch with parking too. Wish there was a bigger selection in the bar though. A fab stay for families looking for fun!

The courtyard beer garden is awesome for kids with Koi Carp, parrots, and table football. The location is prime, just a minute from the beach. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated the homely atmosphere! Perfect spot for a group getaway.
The mattress in our room was old and noisy were good. They've got some rooms that need updates, but overall, it didn't ruin our experience.

The room was spotlessly clean with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and ample tea and coffee supplies. Breakfast offered a delicious full English with plenty of options, freshly cooked upon request. The owners were great with their hospitality. The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for a lovely evening stroll. The wi-fi connection was a bit slow, challenging to work . This place balances comfort, cleanliness, and cute service.
